The configuration specialist will be part of a team handling the configuration and deployment of RSR technology stacks within our business and/or client specific project in Asia Pacific. What you will be doing :Responsible to understand scope of work for technology implementation, and ensure on-time completion of technology configuration assignedPerform a variety of tasks related to the on-going maintenance and set up of client configurations with the core administrative systemSupport client implementations, system upgrades and projects to improve business performanceParticipate in problem solving of provider, client, reporting or system issuesDevelop UAT script specific to the project, lead/host UAT sessions and support training during implementation of the technology(ies) configured.Potential to rotate through configuration support functions across key technologies/system areas and lines of business with the ability to develop subject matter expertiseWork with key stakeholders in the business in change management within the business as well as external stakeholders, to ensure workstream assigned are relevant to the overall businessWork a team of other subject matter experts to ensure all relevant process, reporting, training material, execution documentation are appropriately channeled to the next for further action.To be successful in this role :Familiar with agile methodologyProject management experience / experience with working in project setting is highly desirableGreat communication/presentation skillSelf-starter Well organized and detail orientedAble to work in a fast paced environmentRPO/MSP knowledge/experience is highly desirable At Randstad Sourceright, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
