    We are looking for a Business Services Specialist to join our team and deliver a top-notch recruitment process and manage the contingent workforce for one of our clients. 

     

    How the daily job would look like

    • You will be able to work in a team that will help you along the way and teach you everything you need to know about our MSP program.
    • Your main responsibility is to manage the entire MSP life-cycle for our client with a high degree of ownership. 
    • Provide administrative support with invoicing, integration error management, ensuring that work orders are updated in the system, onboarding and offboarding of contingent workers, managing timesheets and reporting activities on an ad-hoc basis.
    • Support an international account, working not just with your local colleagues but also with the on-site team.
    • Managing the shared mailbox and responding to queries in a timely manner. 
    • Being the key partner for our MSP Consultants and working collaboratively to drive results. 

     

    What we expect from you

    • Experience in an administrative role or commercial support environment, preferably in staffing or recruitment industry.
    • Experience with invoicing or payroll.
    • Application support experience and knowledge of a VMS or ATS tool is a plus.
    • Proficient Excel user.
    • Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Fluency in English.
