You will provide information as an active, strategic, trusted advisor to Business Leaders. You will bring deep expertise and market knowledge while staying on top of trends and market changes and knowledgeable about talent competitors. Your key responsibilities include: Works with clients to understand the client business, functional/technical skill needs and hiring drives. Engages proactively with the client in a consultative recruiting role as the direct, primary hiring contact. Manages a variety of relationships and directs the work of the suppliers supporting the needs of the individual client departments. Daily fulfillment of temporary vacancies: intake hiring managers, distribution of job requests to suppliers, shortlisting candidates, etc.  Ensures processes are followed by complying with the workforce compliance and governance requirements of the Managed Service Program. Builds relationships with client’s hiring managers, ensures overall sourcing strategies are executed to plan. Performs standard and non-routine administrative tasks, handling the maintenance of administrative responsibilities on Fieldglass. Contributes to the provision of a resourcing knowledge pool, share ideas and best practice to continually improve RSR solutions.    What we require from you: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the staffing or related industry. Effective and clear communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills. Affinity for reporting, and a confident user of Excel. Experience working with a VMS tool is an advantage (preferably SAP Fieldglass). As a Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible for managing and executing the recruitment strategy for vacancies that are entrusted to you. This goes from defining and implementing an appropriate sourcing and recruitment plan to advising on the possible optimization of the selection and recruitment process. Being responsible for supporting the business in their staffing needs through direct recruitment. Your key responsibilities: Work with the client to understand the business, functional/technical skill needs and hiring drivers.  Manage candidates through the whole recruitment cycle with a proactive approach ensuring best in class candidate experience.  Screen potential candidates, schedule and conduct interviews.  Present candidates on employment opportunities, extend and negotiates offers. Be the single point of contact for Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions. Collaborate with Hiring Managers and appropriate internal team members, to ensure that adequate sourcing and screening support is provided. Act as an advisor to the client on appropriate recruitment strategies. Ensure all recruitment activity is captured in real-time on the client’s ATS system and/or any other database. Your profile: Proven track record of minimum of 5 years of experience in the recruitment industry, preferably with outsourcing programs (RPO and MSP) Experience working in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage. Effective and clear communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills. You’re analytical and able to quickly learn within complex and dynamic environments. You’re a team player who effectively participates in a team environment and help lead the positive work atmosphere.
