Reporting To: Client Services Director
Job Purpose: Providing clients with a specialist recruitment solution via managing the onsite team/s, building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and driving recruitment delivery.
Our client is a leading manufacturer of household cleaning products, and products for home storage, air care, pest control and shoe care, as well as professional products. With operations all across the globe, their products are sold in virtually every country and they are recognized as a great workplace.
Main accountabilities:

- a) Key stakeholder management
- b) Operations management
- c) People management
We are looking for someone with expertise within the RPO or MSP business together coupled people management experience to lead the team in continuously achieving and exceeding the client’s expectation.
