Main accountabilities:
The main accountability areas for this position are:
Performance management
● Maintain the agreed service levels with the client.
Anticipate needs and allocate sourcing resources
and requisition workload to ensure a high level of
customer service to RSR Client Delivery teams.
● Use of provided productivity standards to
measure the team's delivery. Manage against
budget and monitor efficiency of operations.
● Meet budget commitments, service level
agreements and customer satisfaction targets.
● Define and implement changes in work processes
as required to enhance delivery of services.
● Ensure all teams conform to RSR processes and
quality procedures as defined.
● Identify and share best practices with team.
● Lead and implement continuous process
improvement activities/programs. Monitor
project activities to ensure compliance with
account specific requirements and contractual
agreements.
● Weekly reporting of team productivity.
● Monthly hire reporting for each account.
People management:
● Identification and selection of effective staff to
meet service delivery commitments.
● Coach and mentor teams in their development
and provide mentorship to assist with reaching
their goals. Establish metrics, goals and
expected performance levels of all teams and
provide feedback and coaching where
appropriate.
● Provide regular communication to teams to
update them on market developments, business
priorities and performance of the Delivery
Centre to create a positive working environment.
● Assess/survey quality of work delivered by
teams, based on specific customer feedback and
develop action plans for individuals needing
improvement to ensure performance targets are
met.
● Coordinate or provide training when necessary
for the purpose of improving skills or teaching
new ones. Coordinate the training delivered to
new team members on project specific tasks and
systems.
● Live the Delivery Centre DNA and act as a role
model for team members
Other:
● Define, manage, and lead special projects
necessary to enhance the RSR service offering to
existing and prospect clients (internal and
external).
● Develop and share best practices with the India
Randstad Sourceright community.
Key Performance Indicators:
The following indicators are suggested to monitor
performance and can be used to identify problem areas:
● Program deliverables including cost savings and
deliverable within the time frame
● Achievement of contract performance KPIs
● Client satisfaction

Internal: colleagues in customer programs (Client
Service Director, Recruitment operations director),
colleagues in Business Development and
Implementations, accountmanager, CoE and program
support functions, RSR India management
External: third party agencies, client stakeholders,
vendors.
● University Bachelor’s Degree Microsoft Office
(Excel/PPT/Word/Gmail)
● Resource Management/Professional Services
● Automation tools Applicant Tracking Systems
● 15 years of combined business, recruiting and
operations leadership.
● 5-8 years experience of people management in
a business results driven environment
Experience of managing and motivating multiple
teams.
