****This is a part-time position supporting Technical/IT Recruiting and Screening for 20 hours per week****

As a Recruiter, you are responsible for recruitment of your assigned requisitions. Successful candidates will be resourceful, consultative, process driven, and a relationship builder. They will have industry knowledge as well as expert level compliance knowledge in order to reach the best possible outcome for our client partner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment for a variety of software engineering and IT positions 
  • Consultative approach to candidates
  • Relationship building 
  • Ability to understand a variety of job descriptions as well as strong industry knowledge
  • Candidate assessment and selection techniques

Basic qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred

Preferred qualifications include: 

  • Proven ability to work within a team environment
  • Highly organized
  • Capable of navigating and adhering to complex process maps and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Deep technical knowledge of software engineering skills
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience 
  • Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
  • Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
  • Track record of proven results
  • Expert process/system knowledge
