Position Objective

 

The Program Coordinator is a crucial and multi-faceted role that contributes to the execution of RCS work processes via support of the onsite account team directly supporting the client's specific strategic and operational goals. This person specializes in ensuring compliance and coordinating efforts pertaining to unemployment
hearings, applicant screenings, safety, payroll, I-9s, talent records and workers compensation by:

 

  • Developing and managing a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirements

  • Participating in hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications, and references

  • Coordinating and executing effective talent onboarding and off boarding

  • Completing and auditing payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures

  • Maintaining electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly and legal storage of personnel data

  • Creating and participating in Talent Care programs to impact talent retention and satisfaction

  • Other projects specific to client needs, for example internship programs, VMS support

  • Maintaining talent records in Randstad Front Office

  • Can source resumes

 

Education

  • HS Diploma required

  • Bachelor's preferred

Work Experience

  • One - two years of business experience with a minimum of one in either staffing or in the client's industry of specialization a plus

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels

  • Proficient computer skills for accuracy in reporting and recording information

  • Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing work, and effective time
    management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent service orientation & professional demeanor
  • Ability and willingness to take on operational tasks
