As a Recruiting Advisor (RA), you are responsible for delivering a highly strategic and consultative approach to the client by partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Managers to deliver a best in class recruitment delivery model. The RA will partner with a recruiter or recruiters, who will support candidate generation and management in
support of the same requisitions. There are no direct management or leadership responsibilities in this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Client Management - main point of contact for all Hiring Managers within assigned businesses
  • Direct partnership with client Talent Acquisition Partners and Human Resource Partners to deliver recruitment model to client
  • Manage requisition process from start to finish, in partnership with candidate-facing recruiter, assuring that SLA's and KPI's are being met
  • Manage process of requisition intake key requirements and desired candidate qualifications
  • Execute communication strategy via weekly calls and / or updates to provide visibility into recruiting strategies and make recommendations based on market analysis
  • Partner with recruiter on diversity outreach to ensure diverse slates
  • Develop and manage sourcing strategy, with support of recruitment and sourcing team
  • Manage and define posting and advertising campaigns in partnership with Centers of Excellence and necessary client partners

Qualifications:


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

Experience:

  •  5+ years' direct recruitment experience in Engineering, preferably within aerospace or automotive  industries
  • Large account experience - staffing for RPO large client settings preferred
  • Experience of account management, requisition management and/or a consultative recruiting role as the direct, primary Hiring Manager point of contact. Also in a candidate generation role, producing candidate pipelines and having success
  • Demonstrated track record of understanding clients' functional/technical hiring needs and translating those into effective candidate generation strategies (passive and active)
  • Preferred recruiting experience in Manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of social media and social networking sites like Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Job boards and professional organizations
  • Knowledge of sourcing and screening methodologies
  • Proficient using Google mail, calendar and shared drives
