As a Recruiter Screening Specialist you will be responsible for candidate screening and assessment. You will complete resume review and evaluate applicant candidacy based on the position requirements, skills and experience required.

The ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment, where you will manage your daily activity and produce quality results is key.

This exciting opportunity allows you to partner with multi-locations and assemble and execute appropriate assessment methods to produce quality candidates for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Using technical and behavioral screening methodologies, you will actively engage candidates and be responsible for evaluation for production through managerial level candidates, including those with niche skillsets. You will be responsible for real-time and accurate entry and updates to candidate tracking systems including CRMs and ATSs as well as professional candidate presentation communications, both verbal and written.
  • Successfully Engaging and Communicating with candidates
  • Performing a verbal review of qualifications with prospective candidates
  • Use of independent judgment to determine thoughtful and relevant follow up questions during a screening session
  • Use of independent judgment to determine prospective candidate fit
  • Strong understanding of the client account as well as position requirements with an ability to communicate position summaries and Employee Value Proposition to candidates
  • Use of influence and persuasion to sell potential candidates on employment opportunities
  • Based on information learned about the candidate, make candidate selection recommendations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6 months prior work experience
  • High School Diploma or GED

 

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience, courses, projects, or intern experience related to human resources
  • Demonstrated evidence of strong time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, set goals and meet deadlines
  • Customer service focus and ability to maintain courteous and professional working relationships
  • Experience conducting highly technical screens and candidate evaluation
  • Microsoft Office [Excel / PPT / Word / Outlook]
  • Applicant Tracking Systems
