JOB SUMMARY:

Determine and structure reporting to meet the needs of clients and internal teams, to include client support teams, corporate internal teams, and professional services teams. Understand reporting capabilities and industry requirements to develop reports. Provide review of reporting requirements validating need, quality and accuracy.  This position will be required to use strong independent judgment when determining quality and accuracy of data and reports. Create reports in VMS technologies for usage by client teams through implementation of programs, as well as ad-hoc needs.

Provides administrative/analytical support; specific operations/support role; project driven; exhibits some technical skills; provides some leadership and development of others.

 

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Some college strongly preferred

EXPERIENCE:

2 - 4 years of IT/Reporting experience, with VMS knowledge

 

SKILLS REQUIRED: 

- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

- VMS experience, such as Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline

- Strong customer focus and customer service skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from complex operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data

- Experience describing and documenting specific requirements

- Must be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
