The Learning and Development Manager will join with the Center For Business Optimization (CBO) to strategically develop and deliver high quality technical training content that effectively promotes, teaches, and embodies the Randstad Sourceright "way" of optimizing our Tech & Touch strategy, and its approach to every delivery resource throughout the organization. The Learning and Development Manager will work in a dynamic, matrix-based environment in collaboration with the Talent Innovation Center to design, continuously improve and deliver a comprehensive training strategy and plan.

The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids) as well as student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, assessments, completion certificates, and course critique forms). The Learning and Development Manager will also be responsible for deploying newly created training material for technical enhancements and new releases, generating course catalogs via Randstad LMS, and ensuring that all intended audiences are enrolled, complete and ultimately adopt our technology toolkit. 

Finally, the Learning and Development Manager will work with all departments to establish mechanisms for creating and monitoring individual development plans, informing HR and/or management of individuals failing to complete specific requirements.

Basic Qualifications Include: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience developing and delivering online, classroom or field based training
  • 2+ years of experience delivering training in a virtual environment
  • 5+ years of Full Cycle Recruitment experience, including passive candidate recruitment
  • HR Solutions experience in a client delivery setting
  • Proficient with developing compelling content and guides using Microsoft Office and/or Google Drive products

Preferred Qualifications Include: 

  • Bachelors Degree in training, HR or other related field
  • Certifications: ATD, CPLP, TTA, AIRS, HRCI (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, HRBP, HRMP)
  • 2+ years of experience developing and delivering online, classroom or field based technical or systems training
  • Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
  • Gr8 People CRM
  • Exceed LMS
  • Webex Training Center
  • Various Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Montage
  • Monster
