As an Employment Specialist- Auditor you are responsible for auditing Recruiting Coordinating activities. The Staffing Auditor will generate analytical reports from current templates, and update data within existing reports.  This position will be required to use their own discretion and judgment when determining the quality and accuracy of data and reports by identifying discrepancies as they arise. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Review and audit interview scheduling activity and new hire background checks
  • Create and run reports to validate accuracy of data
  • Work with Recruiting Manager to improve audit process for scheduling, background checks and New Employee Orientation
  • Other special audit projects

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • 1-3 years administrative support and/or customer service experience, preferably in a staffing environment
  • 1-3 years of reporting or auditing experience with exposure to reporting technologies
  • Must be proficient in Spanish and/or Portuguese language (both spoken and written language)

 Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous experience supporting accounts preferred
  • Experience with Reporting and Applicant Tracking systems
  • Experience with Google and Microsoft Office - including Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Outlook - calendars and email
  • Experience with data analysis and strong attention to detail - Ability to perform tedious tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Time management skills including ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently in a self-directed capacity, as well as in a team environment
  • Experience in researching complex issues and developing recommended actions
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
