We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and high-energy Early Career/College Recruiting Coordinator. The role will support the University Recruiting team with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume candidate and campus activity.


  • Assist with coordination, logistics, planning and execution of coordination for University Recruiting events.
  • Assist University Recruiting team with candidate follow-up and screening; assisting with the applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date. Support with reviewing applications during peak season.
  • Assist with the execution of shipping requirements for all Campus events.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support with University events.
  • Coordinate phone, next day interviews, and Skype interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency.
  • Perform administrative duties as required to support the University Relations and Recruiting team.
  • Maintain advertising vendor contacts and contracts, and process invoices for payment.
  • Provide administrative assistance to team as needed and complete special projects.
  • Responsible for posting job openings at various Universities.
  • Manage additional projects such as reporting, researching Universities and/or on-campus events, etc.
  • Assist in tracking candidate activity in Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Miscellaneous ATS assignments include pulling reports and updating data on requisitions as needed.

Position Requirements:

Basic qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years recruitment support and administration experience; University or Campus recruiting coordinating experience preferred

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in scheduling and recruitment support activity across multiple locations
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Applicant tracking system experience
  • Solid understanding of MS Office/Google products
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to take direction and execute a plan
  • Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
  • Track record of proven results
