The Diversity Recruitment Strategist supports the execution of the Randstad Sourceright's I&D strategy. The successful candidate will design diversity recruitment strategies, execute and continuously improve engagement initiatives to achieve I&D hiring goals.


Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing comprehensive diversity recruiting strategies & ensure plans adhere to appropriate policies and regulations
  • Serve as subject matter expert on diversity recruiting best practices and work closely with Client Delivery to understand specific diversity recruiting requirements
  • Develop relationships and processes to continuously improve attraction and selection from diverse schools, universities, grass roots, and community based organizations
  • Support diversity goals and alignment for specific client account within contract scope
  • Identify and build diversity talent pipelines for Client Delivery  & socialize program with Talent Delivery Team and coordinate active participation by recruiters when appropriate at recruiting events
  • Direct innovative sourcing opportunities through specialized and targeted channels while partnering with Client Delivery team to maintain key community partnerships to support workforce diversity and inclusion via community engagement
  • Identify and track metrics of success (results and outcome orientation) and benchmark  emerging best practices in I&D in other organizations
  • Join intake sessions with hiring manager and primary sourcing team to understand the position requirements, current and future diversity needs and educate on sourcing strategies that leverage a range of sources, relevant to the job, such as professional and community associations, trade shows, universities, job boards, LinkedIn and other social media to create a sustainable diverse talent pipelines
  • Track overall strategy progress and associated metrics (includes recruiter, event and program effectiveness) with ability to perform at high levels as strategist and also support a transactional sourcing space to build long-term diverse pipelines

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent HR/Diversity Recruitment experience required
  • Five (5) or more years of experience within recruiting with emphasis on diversity recruitment
  • Two (2) or more years of experience working with diverse conferences, colleges and universities
  • One (1) or more years of experience using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Suite


Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) certification preferred
  • Understand Business/ Recruitment Process Outsourcing/ full Life-cycle recruitment
  • One (1) or more years working with project management with the ability to manage multiple tasks, make informed decisions, influence at all levels of the organization and deliver achievable and measurable results
  • Depth of known of knowledge in transactional and service delivery of sourcing and recruiting with demonstrated credibility in thought leadership and subject matter expertise in I&D best practices
  • Strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, written/oral communication skills, including presentation and group facilitation skills
  • Ability to use facts and analytics to understand trends and develop solutions that lead to measurable impact on the organization. Self-directed, organized, and discreet with confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability and willingness to learn and apply skills with new and emerging business technology tools with strong business acumen, and ability to understand organization dynamics and navigate corporate cultures
  • Strategic thinker with ability to link I&D implications and trends with business goals and objectives and have strong relationship skills; develop "trusted advisor" status at all levels in the company
