Job Summary: 

The Director of Business Transformation is responsible to bridge gaps and ensure successful transitions through the implementation and post implementation life cycles for Randstad Sourceright North America clients.  The position will lead and manage the Business Transformation team and will directly manage new client implementations and existing client expansions.  

The Director of Business Transformation will develop strategy, process and skills to improve relationships and operational activities of project management.  This includes active participation in sales activities; lead by example; manage delivery of scope and program design to achieve agreed end result; implement business plan; budget/forecast management; foster strategic alliances, business partnerships, and relationships with key internal and external clients.  Foster critical business alliances with similar teams within Randstad, as well as global counterparts within EMEA and APAC.  

  • Provide strategic leadership through facilitating or advising implementation strategy development, while demonstrating foresight, conceptual capability and market awareness.
  • Ensures the right initiatives are undertaken and benefits are fully realized through the enterprise.  
  • Champions project management disciplines and provides the processes, structures, and tools for individual project management across the business transformation organization
  • Support a governance structure.  Ensure accountability and enable the predictability of the outcomes of each transformation initiative.



  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree a plus
  • Six Sigma certification or other training in process improvement methodologies preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred


  • 7+ years of experience in staffing (RPO, MSP, or staffing solutions based products) and project management/implementation
  • 5+ years people management
  • Experience with implementing recruiting technologies such as VMS, ATS, etc. 


  • Knowledge of MSP and RPO solutions and VMS and ATS technologies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
  • Experience in work allocation of team ensuring management of team capacity
  • Must be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining quality
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
  • Ability and experience with continuous improvement 
  • Ability and experience with designing and documenting process for a contingent and/or direct hire recruiting life cycle
  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
