We’re looking for a 

Recruitment Marketing Lead

 

your typical day includes

supporting the Recruitment Marketing director to design, lead and manage the recruitment marketing strategy and practice for enterprise customers across Randstad Sourceright. 

 

your focus will be 

  • Collaborate with clients and the business to develop and implement the regional (and global) recruitment marketing strategies for new and existing services and solutions
  • Grow the global recruitment marketing practice, consistently identifying revenue opportunities and managing consistent growth by supporting new business opportunities
  • Identify Recruitment Marketing short-term and long-term scheduling and resource needs
  • Create, deliver and lead client specific media strategy and digital plans, including making strategic recommendations and choices on how to maximize budget efficiency and accelerate business outcomes
  • Partner effectively with key organisational stakeholders in sales and operations to align recruitment marketing strategies; and engage recruiters and sourcing team to align on resources to support our clients’ recruitment marketing
  • Plan, manage and monitor recruitment marketing campaigns ensuring it is performing
  • Assist and in some cases take the lead, in visualising and presenting data supporting the whole function collaborating with key stakeholders

 

what you will need

  • A deep knowledge of Recruitment Marketing, performance and media advertising 
  • Team management experience
  • Experience in designing and managing end-to-end media and recruitment marketing projects by managing various stakeholders
  • Highly creative and imaginative skills
  • Business acumen: always produce concepts and narratives relevant to that specific client or target audience within the budget in scope
  • Attention to details when working with clients’ brands
  • Excellent command of English language (written and spoken) and communication skills
  • Ability to create well written and designed proposals and strategies, using the relevant operating systems, e.g Google Suite or Microsoft Office

  • Advertising experience in the employer branding space
  • Ability to speak other languages
