Recruitment Business Partner will provide a specialist recruitment solution based on a core service offering as per the client contract alignment. The Team Leader will actively lead and demonstrate first class client service by example. They will manage the workload and vacancy management of recruiters responsible for the end to end recruitment lifecycle agreed with the aligned onsite teams.

 

In addition they will help shape the recruitment strategy for their Delivery Stream to encompass direct sourcing, recruitment campaigns, the recruitment supply and any additional bespoke solution or projects that have been agreed with the client and the account team structure.  The Team Leader will be responsible for the delivery of a robust recruitment process and will be actively involved in designing process enhancements.  They will be involved in recruiting for certain business areas or resource types. The key objectives for the function will be to ensure robust operational delivery capability, manage internal account stakeholders, and enhance the direct sourcing capability of the existing team. 

 

Your Main Responsibilities and Tasks will be as follows:

 

  • First point of contact for account teams and first escalation point for any daily operational issues
  • Proactively engaging with the internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and drivers to ensure appropriate resourcing strategies are aligned and put in place and forecasting is achieved
  • Ensuring the delivery team is meeting internal and RSR client KPI’s and SLA’s
  • People management of a team of recruiters for a Line of Service including performance management, absence, holidays, development
  • Managing reporting on the delivery team’s performance through weekly / monthly MI
  • Management of team operational performance

·         Liaise with RSR sourcing centre leadership to schedule / prioritise sourcing and research activity and monitor results

·         Arranging the induction of new members into the delivery team

  • Demonstrating to the client teams our value and best practice expertise
  • Actively sourcing and sharing recruitment & business knowledge across the delivery team
  • Providing specialist advice & guidance to internal stakeholders on recruitment policies & procedures and best practise
  • Advising on use of appropriate selection tools
  • Proactively working with account teams to ensure a class leading service
  • Following up on recruitment requests coming into the delivery team by assessing job descriptions & consult/advise the client/account teams on the market conditions, best methods of attracting candidates
  • Managing ad-hoc project based work and reporting to benefit the smooth running of the account
  • Support with Forecasting on a bi-weekly basis working closely with the team to ensure accuracy
  • Form part of Operational Managers network to share ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of RSR around best practice within a high performance culture.
  • Facilitate and promote a High Performance Culture
  • Holiday Cover/Deputy for the Client Account Manager as required

 

The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing a recruitment team in an internal or RPO environment. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills are also imperative for this key role.  Please note that some travel may be involved in this role on a monthly basis.
