This is a contract position to support an internal mobility project with our client, a leading multi-national organisation. 

The Recruitment Business Partner (RBP) is pivotal in delivering an onsite recruitment solution for our client. The RBP will be instrumental in supporting the recruitment process for internal hires for the duration of this project. You will be responsible for providing a high standard of client service and recruitment advice on each transaction. You will be accountable for the end to end recruitment lifecycle for internal recruitment, working in true partnership with our client to provide a first class recruitment service.  Responsibilities will include

  • Coordinating the interview and assessment process
  • Attending interviews to support the hiring manager community
  • Administering competency based interviewing techniques
  • Scoring and benchmarking to maintain a fair and consistent process
  • Building and maintaining key hiring manager / key stakeholder relationships
  • Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process
  • Effectively managing and utilising our in-house recruitment systems 
  • Working closely with the overall team to ensure client Service level Agreements

The successful candidate will have a wealth of recruitment experience and proven competency based interviewing skills and experience, to be able to effectively influence and lead hiring managers through this process. Excellent stakeholder management/account management skills and a strong attention to datail are essential in this key client facing advisory role.
