Onsite Recruitment Business Partner – London (Corporate Functions)

The Recruitment Business Partner (RBP) is pivotal in delivering an onsite recruitment solution for our client who specialises in Employment Advisory and Occupational Health services. The RBP will be instrumental in supporting the entire recruitment process for permanent hires. 

This is a fast paced and dynamic role where you will be responsible for providing a high standard of client service and recruitment advice on each vacancy. You will be accountable for the end to end recruitment lifecycle for recruitment, working in true partnership with our client to provide a first class recruitment service. Responsibilities will include

  • Recommending and agreeing suitable sourcing strategies
  • Stakeholder engagement and management ensuring the hiring manager community receive a first class recruitment service
  • Driving a strong candidate pipeline by utilising all sourcing channels available 
  • Headhunting and sourcing candidates using Linkedin, job boards, referrals and other creative channels 
  • Managing all sourcing channels effectively to ensure an effective and professional recruitment process
  • Screening internal and direct applications and managing the recruitment process for internal recruitment activity
  • Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process
  • Effectively managing and utilising our in-house recruitment systems including some reporting
  • Working closely with the overall team to ensure client Service Level Agreements

The successful candidate will have proven Onsite or In-House Recruitment experience, and have recruited in either technology or finance. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential in this key client facing role. In return, we offer
