Purpose of the job:

This position is responsible for driving transformational change within one of our clients through the implementation of new products, deploying process improvements and enhancing the operating model in order to ensure RSR keeps the client vibrant and in line/ahead of the market.    This will effectively be running and operationalising a continuous improvement programme.

The role holder will act as a key interface between the Talent Innovation Centre (TIC) and the Operations teams by ensuring that the products and concepts curated by the TIC are ‘operationalised’ to deliver benefits to the client.   

The Business Transformation Lead will be charged with helping ensure RSR stands out as a transformational lead for the account.  It will be this person’s responsibility to ensure appropropriate feasibility studies are conducted in conjunction with the client.

This person will ensure that the account is operationally excellent in terms of adhering to KPIs/SLA, commercials, compliance, adherence to legislation, ie GDPR lead

Ensuring talent attraction strategies are regularly reviewed, updated, and operationalised

Know How:

    • Expertise in talent acquisition
    • Act as a strategic and trusted partner to the client and RSR operations teams
    • Demonstrate inspirational leadership using regional market & Industry knowledge
  • Define and lead special projects necessary to enhance the  service offering to the client
  • Ability to design and deliver project plans and successfully manage execution
  • Ensure the Operational team work on continuous improvement activities in order to maintain required level of service to the client
  • Collaborate with appropriate  resources as necessary to achieve goals/objectives
  • Excellent communications, influencing and negotiations skills
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in RPO and MSP to include recruitment and sourcing
  • Experience of influencing teams
  • Experienced in partnership

Problem Solving:

  • Assess where key gaps exist in current service delivery which could undermine the security and tenure of client relationship
  • Anticipate future service delivering requirements through analysis of market trends and client expectations
  • Oversee high quality delivery of strategic initiatives into client
  • Oversee strategic initiatives with the goal of ensuring contract expansion and client retention

Accountability:

  • Own the plan to executive the deployment of the TIC’s suite of offerings across the client (execution will be in partnership with the operational leadership teams)
  • Work with COO and Business Concepts team to build and deploy a Standard Operating Model across the EMEA region
  • Devise and control project plans to ensure successful deployment of strategic initiatives listed above
