Business Administrator


Location: Frimley

Length: 3 months initially with a possibility for an extension

Pay Rate: £8.26 - 13.00

This is an operational role that requires interaction with many internal stakeholders and direct contact with our customers

Focusing predominantly on the creation, maintenance and invoicing of service contracts in the company's SAP system. The role involves dealing with contract and billing enquiries from our team of Customer Service Managers, our Customer Service Centre as well as directly from the end customer. The role also requires participation in the invoicing of goods and services provided on a time and material basis. 


  • Accurate and timely creation, maintenance and invoicing of customer service contracts
  • Participation on a rota basis in the resolution of queries received from customers and internal stakeholders via telephone and the team group email 'inbox'
  • Accurate and timely generation of purchase orders to acquire goods and services from third party organisations and other Siemens business units.
  • Participation in the time and material billing process by utilising the reporting functions available on SAP.
  • Resolution of customer invoice queries in a timely manner to ensure effective customer relationships are maintained. 
  • Completion of ad hoc tasks as directed by the Business Administration Team Lead.


  • Experience of handling large amounts of data

  • Background in administrative roles , order processing
  • Basic Excel skills
