Part-time Recruitment Associate - 30 hours per week over 5 days

The Recruitment Associate provides a quality and high touch coordination support, whilst forging relationships with all parties, including key client stakeholders and suppliers as part of the recruitment supply chain. Responsibilities will include

 

  • General database administration activities utilising the vendor management system
  • Daily fulfilment of temporary vacancies: intake hiring managers, distribution of job requests to

suppliers, shortlisting candidates

  • Working with client, obtaining job requests, maintaining a high fill ratio.
  • Engaging proactively with the client in a consultative recruiting role as the direct, primary hiring

contact.

  • Creating Job status reports for agencies
  • Updating relevant operational spreadsheets

 

To apply for this role you must have proven experience in temporary or contract recruitment, excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure to deadlines. The office is based near Snow Hill and the hours of work are 30 hours per week over 5 days.
