We’re looking for a Apprentice Recruitment Project Coordinator - Feltham or Reading (9 month fixed term contract)

your typical day includes  

working onsite with our client who are a well known Tech giant. You will be coordinating the delivery of our clients award-winning UK Apprenticeship program. You will act as central point of contact for program related matters, coordinating role-rotations and program logistics.

Your focus will be to  

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Apprentice program

  • Keep track of the different training plans, schedules and assignments

  • Interact with apprentices, training providers, mentors and individual contributors to assure an optimal training and program experience

  • Support the on-boarding process and role orientations

  • Promote the success of the program and tracks the budget, milestones and objectives

  • Coordinate role rotations, keeping records of Apprenticeship assignments and Exams

  • Identify and resolve logistical issues and challenges, escalates when necessary

  • Promote and cultivate a one-Cisco team spirit and culture built on open communication, collaboration, teamwork, trust and integrity

  • Work closely with a high-performing team of training coordinators and people managers

what you will need

  • Proven coordinational, or project administration experience

  • Experience working in a large global or corporate organisation

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Ability to communicate and liaise at all levels including with senior stakeholders
