We are looking for someone to lead the client-facing strategic sourcing, talent
attraction and talent engagement teams with APAC. This person will play a central role in building and implementing creative strategies to attract and engage candidates for Randstad Sourceright clients and to improve their employer brand. This person will be responsible for managing and expanding the teams’ social media efforts, digital marketing efforts, for initiating new opportunities and improving candidate experience in APAC.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Regional Director of the Talent Innovation Centre within APAC, you will drive the talent attraction and candidate experience agenda for clients across the region
  • You will work collaboratively with the sales teams, account management teams,technology teams and RPO implementation teams across APAC to improve the client’s employer brand in the talent market
  • Create bespoke recruitment marketing interventions to attract candidates such as job descriptions, website, social media, job boards, etc.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews, advice leadership and internal stakeholders on outcome-oriented solutions
  • Drive ROI of all talent attraction activities, talent communities and pipelines
  • Act as a communications and campaign advisor to the various internal stakeholders and the client, throughout the campaign life-cycle

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience in social media, employer branding and communications management
  • A working understanding of the recruitment and sourcing process, candidate engagement, employee engagement
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in technology and their applications to communication strategies, and the engagement of millennials and Gen Y,including through web, email and social media
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills, creativity,flexibility and attention to detail
  • Have the ability to be strategic for the client but tactical and deliver to campaigns themselves
  • Tech savvy – experience of working with Agile/
  • Superior communication skills
