job description

Purpose of the job:

Based on client site as part of a dedicated ‘on-site’ recruitment solution.  Accountable for the permanent recruitment process and delivery for a specific client business area with a key focus on direct sourcing and managing the recruitment supply chain. To assist and support other team members with high volumes, complex hires and various projects.  To establish and own hiring manager relationships, building meaningful working relationships, acting, consulting and advising as a subject matter expert within the field of recruitment.  The ability to maintain current Service level Agreements (SLA’s) whilst proactively seeking to continually improve these through quality and speed of service.

Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s)

These will be agreed by Account Director and Client Service Director in accordance with the account resourcing plans and the strategic goals of the company but will include: 

  • Achievement of 100% fulfilment of all requirements
  • Ensuring legal compliance is monitored and maintained across campaigns
  • Development of direct sourcing and talent pool capability and quality
  • Engagement with client Hiring Manager community
  • 100% of adherence to the clients’ recruitment process and procedures

Key activities:

  • Effectively establish and drive key client stakeholder relationships in order to build credibility and trust whilst based on client site
  • Proactively engaging with the client hiring community to understand recruitment needs and drivers and to ensure appropriate resourcing strategies are aligned and put in place and forecasting is achieved
  • Following up on recruitment requests by assessing job descriptions & consult/advise the client on the market conditions, best methods of attracting candidates
  • Accountable for delivery against all requirements through the off-site team to ensure resourcing fulfilment. Work proactively with the off-site team to ensure they are best able to deliver the client’s requirements
  • First point of contact for recruitment issues within their specific client business area
  • Actively drive the recruitment supply chain to ensure optimal partnering and results to include supplier management and other RSR operating recruitment partners
  • Management of all niche recruitment and go to market strategy, acting as a channel for all fulfillment
  • Ensure all recruitment activity is captured in real time on the client’s ATS system and/or any other database
  • Demonstrating ongoing value and best practice expertise
  • Actively sourcing and sharing recruitment & business knowledge across the onsite and offsite team
  • Providing specialist advice & guidance on recruitment policies & procedures and best practise
  • Advising on use of appropriate selection tools
  • Proactively working with delivery teams to drive improvement
  • Managing and defining interactive media & Internet advertising campaigns from inception to delivery
  • Managing ad-hoc project based work and reporting as requested by the management team
  • Competitor mapping in order to be aware of market changes
  • Overseeing administrative tasks undertaken by recruitment coordinators

Internal: Randstad Sourceright operational teams, colleagues in Shared Services, colleagues in Business Development and Implementations and support functions,

External: Client stakeholders, vendors, third party providers,

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Previous recruitment experience with proven results essential
  • Knowledge and proven experience of sourcing candidates through varied sourcing techniques
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems such as ATS, VMS’ and CRMs
  • Microsoft Office (Excel/PPT/Word/Gmail)
  • Excellent communications, influencing and negotiations skills
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in RPO and or MSP to include recruitment and sourcing.
  • Evidence that you can work well under pressure
  • Evidence that you are an excellent team player and that you can also work alone.

Experience:

  • Experience of working in the B2B, Business Services working within an MSP/RPO environment would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines.
