Job purpose

A Sourcing Recruiter is responsible for the fulfilment of requisitions with client as well as the implementation and execution of sourcing strategy and pipeline with the main focus on candidate experience and meeting client SLA standards.



As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will execute all sourcing activities such as vacancy intake, sourcing, engaging qualified candidates online and over the phone, screening and submitting top profiles to the client. You will be responsible for proactively seeking to identify professional talent, effectively utilising different methods such as market mapping, conducting research on job boards and social networking sites in order to establish talent pools for our international client.



Who are we looking for?

From a Sourcing Recruiter we would expect:

  • Expert knowledge in German (at least C1) and fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional & intellectual ability.
  • Knowledge of social media and social networking sites.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, good phone manner and ability to build credible relations over the phone.
  • Team work and willingness to learn.
  • Customer service focus and ability to maintain courteous and professional working relationships.
  • Previous experience of working within a multinational recruitment or professional services environment would be an advantage.
