We are looking for agile, highly adaptable, experienced recruitment professionals who is able to transfer recruitment skill sets across multiple industries. If you are someone who has solid recruitment foundation, proven track record and is able to adapt to recruiting different roles, industries and managing stakeholders, going from one project to another providing solutions and achieving short term goals and enjoying both candidate and client facing aspects - you are the person we are looking for.

 

Job title: Recruitment Coordinator/Talent Coordinator

Reporting to: Team Leader or Manager

 Location: Malaysia

 

Main accountabilities:

The main accountability areas for this position are:

  1. Administration execution
  2. Candidate management

 


1. Administration execution
Key activities:

  • Office administration
  • Administrative work related to the screening of the candidate’s CV
  • Administrative work related to posting vacancies and or updating recruitment ads
  • Answering of telephone queries
  • Meet & greet of candidates (if required)
  • Reception support (if applicable)
  • Conducting candidate interviews (if applicable)
  • Comply with company policies and procedures including business principles, misconduct reporting procedure and competition law compliance policy to meet Randstad’s expectations concerning professional conduct.
  • Any other administrative tasks related to the working processes as per team operations.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required.

 


2. Candidate management
Key activities:

  • Recruitment administration
  • Reporting from Client specific database (where required)
  • Payroll, invoices, timesheet verification, work rights check and/or credit checks (if applicable).

 

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Administration experience
  • Numeracy and IT ability.
  • Experience of candidate attraction and liaison
  • Candidate tracking database experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
