job description

Job summary:
The TIC project manager oversees client engagements
and projects including technology, analytics, contingent
workforce and employer branding.
Job purpose:
 Manage the internal relationships and
communicate with key stakeholders, to ensure
project implementation and adoption
expectations are delivered.
 Cultivates and maintains long term collaborative
relationships

Main accountabilities:
The main accountability areas for this position are:
a) Implementation of Technology, Analytics and
other TIC projects and improvements
a) Implementation
Key activities:
● Manage project team to complete deliverables and
meet client & internal stakeholder expectations
(SLA’s and KPI’s)
● Develop and manage project timelines; estimate
work effort, identify and secure needed resources,
escalate conflicting priorities, influence team
members and business leaders to execute
● Monitor project milestones to ensure achievement of
commitments, from plan phase to closing phase
● Track and report on project status
● Provide excellent customer service to both internal
and external customers
Process Implementation
● Manage resources for delivering of technology/ TIC
pillar processes to client services groups
● Document processes as necessary
● Advise on Technology
Training
● Determine project level training effectiveness/training
gaps
Deliver training where necessary and appropriate
b) Management responsibility
Key activities:
● Manage the project in all aspects
● Coach and mentor project-reports/ work stream
leads in their development and provide mentorship to
assist with reaching their goals
● Establish metrics, goals and expected
performance levels of team members and provide
feedback and coaching where appropriate
● Define and coordinate training programs that
enable staff to achieve their potential and support

company (sales)
c) Project Management and communication
Key activities:
● Arrange Team & Project Meetings
● Attend and give information at financial reviews
● Budget Review and Planning on the different
projects
● Monitor SLAs and KPIs
Key Performance Indicators:
The following indicators are suggested to monitor
performance and can be used to identify problem areas:
● Meeting SLA & KPI’s on agreed project
implementation
● Internal stakeholder & Client satisfaction on
project implementation
