job description

Your new role: Responsible for administrative tasks related to candidate management and to assist with candidate attraction activities. 

 

Your main accountabilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Manage candidate's on-boarding process - includes creating of P-files, process work pass applications, following up with medical vendors on the candidate's pre-employment medical check-ups and facilitating first day of reporting orientation. 
  • Work closely with various stakeholders in providing recruitment operational support relating to on-boarding processes to meet  client's expectation. 
  • Work with training vendors to plan and schedule MSOC trainings for both existing employees as well as new hires throughout the year.
  • To work closely with outsource vendor on background checks and to initiate candidate’s background checks via the applicant portal and requires close follow up.
  • Payroll, invoices, timesheet verification, work rights check and/or credit checks (if applicable).
