Job Description Recruitment Coordinator

The Recruitment Coordinator performs administrative duties to support the Talent Acquisition Department including receiving and tracking applicant material, updating and maintaining appropriate databases and tools, organizing and managing interviews, travel and day of interview for candidates. The person should be willing to take up additional responsibilities to have a fast track career growth.


What you’ll do:

  • Operations Excellence:
    • Calendar (conflict) Management
    • Provide an unparalleled candidate experience.
    • Assist recruiters in managing internal and external job postings and conduct regular searches on all available job boards.
    • Act as primary contact for offer letters and external job postings.
    • Coordinate and communicate interview details to candidate, making certain s/he has all the information necessary (detailed directions, dress code, interview logistics etc.)
  • Reporting and Project Management
    • Manage the pre-employment process by managing background checks and acting as liaison between candidates and recruiters
    • Manage end to end workflow in recruiting database / ATS (e.g., managing requisitions and updating employees records and status reports)
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Provide a high level of customer service to the Talent Acquisition team, Talent Advisors, Managers, Operations
    • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, Talent Advisors, Managers, Operations



Who you are:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Flexible on years of experience (1-3 years)
  • Ability to work with all levels of internal and external customers
  • Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition and HR concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures
  • Desire for a career in the field of HR operations and recruitment coordination.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail
