job purpose

Manages several teams; Primary responsibility is to manage client operations and delivery teams. Major goals are to reach the highest level of client satisfaction, performance and people management.

responsibilities

The tasks below enable you to achieve goals and to be successful in this role.

  • Meet budget commitments, service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Engage with the client to understand needs and drivers, to ensure appropriate strategies are aligned and put in place.
  • Monthly/Quarterly reporting of activities of the several teams.
  • Should coach and mentor team management in their development and provide mentorship to assist with reaching their goals.
  • Provide induction, development, reward and succession planning.
  • Should continually review delivery KPIs; control and improve productivity.
  • Develop and share best practices with the EMEA Randstad Sourceright community
  • Develop and refine client processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions needed to streamline work-flow and increase operating efficiency

  • University/Post Graduate or equivalent professional & intellectual ability
  • Relevant experience of people management in a business results driven environment.
  • Experience of managing and motivating multiple teams.

  • Ability to develop and deliver business plans and strategies.
