Process Improvement Manager

Location: Budapest

Process Improvement Manager will ensure that our client receive a proactive, excellent service, maximising the potential for business within that client globally. He/She will be a central management representative for the global team ensuring that the MSP and RPO teams and delivering in the most efficient way and that the teams are supported and driven for all topics relating to performance management and process improvement. He/She will ensure that they work with the global offsite delivery teams to ensure that these are delivered taking a structured and  professional approach.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Driving and leading the key projects within the Performance space:
    • KPI management
    • ATS usage and training
    • Global reporting
    • Standardisation of documents relating to data and performance
  • Working with operations to make our MI system operationally optimal
    • ensuring data flow is correct and consistent
    • working with operations on tool improvements
    • working close with the BI analysts on changes needed
  • Lead, manage and empower the global reporting co-ordinator
  • Work with global MSP and RPO operations to identify local processes and identify gaps globally
  • Work closely with the operational leads for RPO, MSP and candidate management to:
    • Identify and drive solutions for gaps in the process
    • Drive continuous process improvements and innovations
  • Take company values, vision and expectations and ensure the allocated client operations team follow the path expected.
  • Work to ensure a cohesive and highly motivated global team environment with responsibility for effective skill transfer and knowledge share.


Technical Skills Required:


  • Proven experience of developing relationships, ideally also internationally
  • Strong bias towards process and continuous improvements
  • Creative problem solver,
  • Excellent listening and communications skills at all levels;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Strong organisational/planning skills
  • High self-motivation and ability to work autonomously;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS word; PowerPoint; Excel;
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Drive; Docs; Sheets; Slides
  • Ability to produce quality professional documentation.
  • Understanding of the Recruitment Industry and relevant legislation challenges

  • Experience of delivering recruitment projects or initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement or value add is an advantage
