Position: 6 Months Contract Asia Fixed Income Market Sale Support Associate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sales trade capture accuracy in risk management systems
  • Trade allocation in risk management systems in accordance to client requests
  • Close partnership with various teams globally such as Trade Support, Sales Support, Legal, Confirmations & Settlements and Technology to address issues and develop business solutions
  • Perform controls on pre-trade approval process for structured debt issuance
  • Trade lifecycle support for structured debt issuance, such as coupon calculation and option expiries event monitoring
  • Query management from sales, clients and various stakeholder groups
  • Participate in regional and global projects with focus on process improvements and driving new digital initiatives and agenda


  • Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in sales middle office operations or client service functions
  • Strong knowledge of Asia local markets and working experience in fixed income products or notes issuance handling
  • Proactive with initiative to drive business solutions
  • Good analytical skills, due diligence and attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Able to multi-task and work in very fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including senior executives, managers and subject matter experts
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and having the ability to pick up complex systems architecture easily
  • A self-motivated individual, able to deliver with minimal supervision whilst working effectively in a team
