Job Summary:
We are now looking for a Network Solutions Lead (CTO) in Indonesia to drive domain sales by supporting the KAM
organization with business development and domain specific sales activities securing that Ericsson is perceived as a
preferred partner. Work on strategic level identifying leads and opportunities as well as taking the role of ACR or CSR
in a specific engagement.
 Influence Customers vision & strategy, drive Ericsson involvement in creating customer visions,
strategies & requirements
 Lead e2e RAN, Transmission & OSS technical engagement toward Customer & Customer’s customers
 Position Ericsson as main technology leader by highlighting product and solution capability which will
give customer TCO benefits
 Be as advisor & strategy partner to customer CTO and organization
 Identify business opportunities, identify customer business needs through consultative engagements
 Create & execute short, medium and long term network evolution to meet customer business goals i.e.
Spectrum Strategy workshop, IoT GTM, Growth Codes, etc.

 Lead local & regional RAN & Transmission resources and aligning end to end plan to maximize
Ericsson’s value
 Working with KAM, but also responsible for OB, NS and UM% target for customer account team and
create a plan to achieve each year financial target
 Provide input to R&D/PDU with regards to specific customer requirement i.e. Counter, product
developments, features, etc.
 Develop local team to their best including providing mentor/coaching or continuous feedback for
 Sharing best practice, lesson learnt and WoW improvement (if any) to achieve best benefit to Ericsson &
Key Qualifications:
 Education: University degree in Business or Engineering, Master's degree would be advantageous or
equivalent working experience.
 Total 10 or more and Minimum 5 years’ experience from Sales
 Change Management and Transformation skills
 Portfolio expertise in area of responsibility

 Selling Skills
