Job purpose
Is responsible for the fulfilment of requisitions with client. If necessary adjusts the course of action to ensure fulfilment is met. Acts as a consultative partner to client’s Hiring Managers; develops a talent strategy that best suits the client needs and market conditions. Carries out the implementation and execution of recruitment and development program and policies. responsibilities The responsibilities below enable you to achieve goals and to be successful in this role.

Client & Customer Management (External)
Carries out prescribed client management activities and provides support to others by following existing procedures. Hereby it’s necessary to use project management skills to oversee the total process.

  • Is the single point of contact for Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions. Collaborates with Hiring Managers and appropriate internal team members, to ensure that adequate sourcing and screening support is provided.
  • Contacts Hiring Manager proactively at appropriate, routine intervals about requirements, opportunities and initiatives that may impact talent acquisition.
  • Acts as an advisor to client Hiring Managers on appropriate sourcing strategy.
  • Defines and participates in special projects as necessary to enhance service offering to existing and anticipated clients.
  • Develops strategic relationship with RSR peers and leaders to maintain quality client delivery and solve client challenges.
  • Employs all available recruiting and sourcing strategy tools and partners as needed to document and execute a sourcing strategy.
  • Provides innovative solutions to solve recruiting challenges and influence hiring decisions.

  • Provides timely and useful follow up feedback to candidates on interview results.
  • Use of influence and persuasion to sell candidate on employment opportunities, extends offers and negotiates to final acceptance of offer.
  • Executes sourcing methodologies to effectively develop target candidate pipelines.
  • Reviews CV’s/resumes, screen and interviews candidates. Determines the fit while influencing and persuading candidates on employment opportunities.

External Communications
  • Supports others so they can use and benefit from the existing external communications systems.
  • Responsible for the overall execution of the employment branding strategy.
  • Reviews company communications, aligns with corporate policies and guidelines, and participates in regularly scheduled company and team meetings.

Needs Assessment  Investigates questions related to existing programs, processes and procedures.  Works with client to understand the client business, functional/technical skill needs and hiring drivers.  Analyses job descriptions and translates to search criteria.

Solutions Analysis
  • Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and identify possible answers.
  • Provide data that fulfils the reporting requirements of the specific client.
  • Proactively gathers market intelligence and shares with internal team and Hiring managers.
  • Manages the candidate pool for each requisition including internal candidates. Determines potential candidate eligibility based on resumes, professional profiles and interview notes.
  • Monitors regularly performance scorecard to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are being met.

  • Performs standard and non-routine administrative data processing tasks for the principle and gives colleagues advice on the proper performance of departmental processes.
  • Handling of the  administration.
  • Ensures that requisition activity is properly documented including candidate disposition, to meet compliance and SLA/KPI tracking.

Education & experience

  • University, bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional & intellectual ability


  • Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised.
  • Account management, requisition management and/or a consultative recruiting role as the direct, primary Hiring Manager point of contact.
  • In a candidate generation role, producing candidate pipelines and having a proven track record of hiring success.
  • Demonstrated track record of understanding client's’ functional/technical hiring needs and translating those into effective candidate generation strategies (passive and active).
  • Preferably experienced in a specific area of expertise depending on client’s needs.


  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French; business level of English
  • Knowledge social media and social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Job boards and professional organizations.
  • Sourcing and screening methodologies.
  • Preferably knowledge of employment branding and position value proposition creation.
  • Preferably EMEA cross-border talent sourcing and international recruitment practices with local in-country cultural awareness.
