job description

 

 

To carry out all the daily administrative functions of the sales department and assist the sales team members where required.

 

-          Build & maintain all contact listings as required.

-          Communicate appropriate sales and marketing information to cinemas as directed.

-          Maintain Universal Pictures Release Schedule & Back Catalogue as directed by National Sales & Operations Manager.

-          Maximise sub-run and back catalogue bookings.

-          Manage timely despatch & return of all Back Catalogue DCP’s.

-          Liaise with warehouses and exhibitors to ensure prompt despatch (and return) of prints, trailers and advertising materials to cinemas.

-          Maintain accurate records of agreed session for all bookings.

-          Maintain all special preview listings.

-          Enter bookings into UNIFY system and raise booking confirmations as required.

-          Raise KDM’s for all bookings as necessary in line with Universal KDM procedures.

-          Maintain accurate records of actual sessions played.

-          Update weekly holdovers in Unify booking system.

-          Monitor exhibitor web-sites to ensure sessions played are as agreed and inform National Sales & Operations Manager of market activity.

-          Raise PO’s for sales team as required.

-          Book & maintain all ATCS Cinema checks & results.

-          Assist National Sales & Operations Manager with p’view DCP movement & KDMs.

-          Assist with all VPF reporting & payments.

-          Support Business Analyst role as required.

-          Collate box office figures from individual cinemas as required.

-          Follow up on overdue box office dockets as required.

-          Assist the finance team in ensuring payment of overdue accounts.

 

Attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

Cinema experience.
