Working with our Technology Center of Expertise, we continuously evaluate current and emerging technologies, such as semantic search, cloud platforms, workforce and predictive analytics, big data, mobile solutions, search automation, social media, CRM and video interviewing, and the COE maintains strategic partnerships with leading technology and solution providers in the industry. In addition, the COE provides high-value, interactive and on-demand training for industry leading sourcing and recruiting best practices, and our training is backed by a rigorous sourcing and recruiting certification program. The Employment Branding and Social Media COE is dedicated to ensuring that our RPO solutions leverage the full value of the constantly evolving communication environment in which we interact with our talent audience.  We focus on the smart application of new tools and innovations for managing our clients’ online presence, including best practices in social media, recruitment marketing, and the utilization of new and established communication channels. Our employment branding expertise focuses on ensuring the alignment of the employer brand with the needs and expectations of our clients’ potential candidates.
