Rebecca Callahan, Group President, Professional Solutions, Randstad US; President, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Randstad Sourceright
Rebecca oversees Randstad’s management and advisory services firm and Randstad Professionals brand, including Randstad Sourceright’s recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) business. Through her leadership, Rebecca has helped her organization earn the industry’s highest accolades, including top scores on HRO Today magazine’s annual “Baker’s Dozen.” She serves on the Global Advisory Board for the HRO Today Services and Technology Association (formerly known as HROA), and she was most recently recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts in “The Staffing 100” listing of the 100 most influential staffing leaders.

 
Teresa Creech, President, Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Payroll and Independent Contractor (PICS) Solutions
Teresa Creech oversees the Randstad Sourceright managed services and PICS practice in the U.S., leveraging more than 17 years of experience in the staffing industry, including 11 years specializing in the design of comprehensive managed service programs for Global 2000 companies. She is widely regarded as an industry leader in workforce management, globalization, governance, worker classification and compliance, and she is a frequent speaker on best practices and market trends. Teresa is also actively involved in Staffing Industry Analysts, a global advisor on contingent work, and she participates in multiple industry advisory councils. She was most recently recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts in its annual “Staffing 100” report.

 
Scott Fraleigh, Senior Vice President, Managed Services Provider (MSP) Operations
As Senior Vice President, MSP Operations, Scott is directly responsible for the management and strategy of Randstad Sourceright’s managed service offerings. Prior to joining Randstad Sourceright, he was a Senior Director of Contingent Workforce Outsourced Solutions at Kelly Services, where he was responsible for managing all North American-based client accounts. Before that, he was the Senior Vice President of Professional Services for Guidant Group where he oversaw brand strategy and development as well as the day-to-day leadership of implementation services, information technology, compensation and product management. He has also held leadership positions at True Blue and PepsiCo.


John Piazza, Senior Vice President, Payroll and Independent Contractor Solutions (PICS)
With nearly 30 years of talent solutions and financial service experience, John is responsible for leading Randstad Sourceright’s PICS operations and developing strategies that enable clients to take advantage of emerging professional contingent workforce trends while reducing total cost and mitigating associated risks. Prior to his current role, he served as an executive for Randstad Human Resources, and with Randstad Managed Services (RMS), where he conceptualized and launched a profitable $44 million revenue division over a 10-year span. A Six Sigma Green Belt, John is an active member of the Northeast Human Resources Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.


Ian Dawson, Senior Vice President, Global Solutions
As senior vice president of Global Solutions, Ian oversees RPO sales, implementation and solutions design. Ian joined the company in 2005 as vice president, Solutions Design and was promoted into his current role in 2013. Before joining Randstad Sourceright, he was a strategic account manager in the U.K.-based operations of Aon Consulting where he was senior vice president, HR Outsourcing. Earlier in his career at Aon, he headed consulting services for its largest U.K. region. A skilled public speaker on HR outsourcing topics, Dawson has provided his expertise at HROA and ERE events and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.


Patrick McCall, Vice President, Sales and Solution Design, Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Payroll and Independent Contractor Solutions (PICS)
As vice president of Sales and Solutions Design, Pat is responsible for the strategic development of new business and solution design for Randstad Sourceright’s innovative MSP and PICS solutions. He draws on more than 15 years of executive management experience in staffing, process outsourcing, and technology organizations, as well as numerous industries to help global employers solve their most complex talent acquisition challenges. Prior to joining Randstad Sourceright, McCall was co-founder and managing partner at Verity Professionals, an IT services and staffing firm. Pat has authored numerous articles for some of the industry’s leading staffing publications and has been quoted in publications such as Staffing Industry Review and the Wall Street Journal. 

 
Daniel Oakes, Senior Vice President, Client Services
Dan Oakes has more than 20 years of HR and recruiting experience working with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Operations and Director of RPO Solutions Design at Randstad Sourceright, where he provided strategic client account leadership and performance accountability to support complex hiring programs. Prior to joining Randstad Sourceright, he was director of Strategic Development and Consulting at Bernard Hodes Group and director of New Business and Solutions Development at Recruitment Enhancement Services. Dan specializes in leading large teams and directs RPO resources to effectively support long-term relationships and responsive talent solutions for Randstad Sourceright’s global clients in North America.


Jason Roberts, Vice President, Operations
With more than 15 years of leadership and recruiting expertise, Jason Roberts is responsible for ensuring Randstad Sourceright’s recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) division carries on the company’s tradition of exceptional service delivery. Prior to joining Randstad Sourceright, Jason led the Sourcing Center of Excellence and Innovation Lab for the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division of a multinational management consulting and outsourcing company. In addition, he previously led Operations and Optimization in Cisco’s Talent Acquisition organization, managing professional staffing operations and leading the company’s next generation talent acquisition and management endeavor. Jason holds an MBA in Project Management from the University of Texas at Dallas and he is PMP (Project Management Professional) and Six Sigma certified.

 
JoAnne Estrada, Vice President, Professional Services
Drawing on nearly two decades of experience in the staffing and recruiting industries, JoAnne is responsible for leading Randstad Sourceright’s Managed Services Provider (MSP) solutions and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) implementation activities. Prior to joining Randstad Sourceright, she served as global procurement manager for Contingent Workforce at BP, where she was responsible for developing and deploying the overall strategy, from sourcing to the management of the MSP buying channel. Prior to BP, she spent 10 years in contingent workforce outsourcing, working with numerous Fortune 500 customers and managing the implementation and deployment of global programs. JoAnne holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Salisbury State University. An in-demand speaker at staffing industry events, she is also a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP).

 
Tracy Monsour, Vice President, Marketing, Randstad Professional Solutions
As Vice President, Marketing, Randstad Professional Solutions and Randstad Sourceright, Tracy oversees marketing for RPO business lines as well as Managed Services Provider solutions (MSP) and Payroll and Independent Contractor Services (PICS) businesses. Tracy joined Randstad Sourceright from TMP Worldwide where she led a team of branding, account service, media planning and digital professionals. She has played a key role in evolving the Randstad Sourceright brand to reflect its leadership in the talent solutions market today.
