This position will work manage and promote sourcing and recruitment excellence for both Randstad SourceRight (RSR) and client recruitment initiatives, RPO. This role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining all social media platforms related to company branding, candidate traffic and data capture as well as recruit usage to promote strong company branding and candidate experience. The Manger, Sourcing is responsible for the strategy, management and procurement of all sourcing channels to include external job boards, ATS, CRM usage, ROI and contract negotiation. This position will be responsible for oversight and/or leadership of collaborative, action oriented, cross-functional teams in formulating and validating sourcing options and initiatives, recruiting methodologies, tools and resources for both internal and client hiring needs. They will execute the development and deployment of these initiatives to the recruiting teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Responsibilities:

  • Guidance given: Assignments are received in objective oriented terms. Provides guidance to subordinate supervisors or high level staff specialists based on organizational goals and company policy. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization's objectives and schedules
  • Policy involvement: Establishes operating policies that affect subordinate multi-level organizational units. Interprets, executes, and recommends modifications to organizational policies
    • Ensure hiring strategies are in line with organization and client diversity initiatives

Supervisory/Relationship:

  • Accomplishes results through subordinate supervisors or exempt specialist associates. Modifies the structure of organizational units or a centralized functional activity subject to senior middle management approval. Often responsible for managing a staff function of the company.
  • Oversee Sourcing Team to ensure value-added solutions are available to and utilized to the best extent on all client accounts and drives vertical talent pipelines for internal and external future needs

Direct Work Involvement/Complexity:

  • Collaboratively develops, implements, leads and delegates all social media platforms including Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Responsible for the strategy, management, procurement and cost effectiveness of all sourcing tools including but not limited to external job boards, ATS, CRM and other web based data collecting resources
  • Mentor/lead/develop others; manage delivery of products/services to achieve agreed end result; implement business plan; multi-site management; budget/forecast management, foster strategic alliances, business partnerships & relationships with key clients

Liaison:

  • Frequent contact with equivalent level inter-organizational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives
  • Collaborate with Training to develop and implement sourcing and recruiting training decks including but not limited to web 2.0 strategies, effective blogging, string searches, cold calling, company mapping, and competitive analysis, creating strategic candidate pools and leveraging resources
  • Collaborate with Delivery Team and Client to formulate and validate a strategic sourcing plan including consultation with skills assessment teams to leverage strategic hiring and improve attrition

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required

College degree strongly preferred

EXPERIENCE:

7 – 10 years recruiting industry experience required

3 – 5 years of leadership experience preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
  • Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
  • Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
  • Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Experience with company launches into social media
  • Strong Fundamental understanding of all web 2.0 capabilities and SEO
  • Strong full cycle recruiting background for multiple disciplines required

Experience with strategic sourcing strategies across multiple companies or business units
