As a Recruiting Strategies & Support Specialist (RSSS), you will partner with our Client Delivery and Business Development teams to provide research, recruitment and sales support, comprehensive talent sourcing strategies, targeted lists of companies, candidates, local sourcing channel options, and recruitment marketing solutions that can impact our ability to drive increasingly more qualified candidates to our clients, more quickly and more cost effectively. In addition, you may provide tactical execution of document recruiting strategies, such as job board postings, social media campaign management, and other client or requisition specific activities. Additional research and consultative activities may occur in support of specific clients or overall initiatives. A tenacious knack to quickly execute research techniques and a determination to uncover hidden online information is essential for success. The ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, where you will manage your daily activity to complete assignments and meet deadlines is vital. This exciting opportunity allows you to partner with multi-location and/or global colleagues and assemble and execute appropriate sourcing methods to produce quality candidates for our clients.

This is a remote/virtual opportunity

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct market research utilizing market data tools, recruiting tools and internet research techniques to identify target companies, understand competitive landscape and understand talent supply and demand for a variety of industries, job families, job titles and geographic locations
  • Utilize research determine potential sourcing channels not yet utilized and that can be effective at identifying or expanding candidate pools for existing clients
  • Develop comprehensive and effective talent recruitment strategies that include active outreach (e.g. job boards, social media, other advertising, local/grassroots communications) and passive research (e.g. candidate research/mining techniques, search tools, people aggregators)
  • Conduct research and direct sourcing techniques to identify talent lead lists and talent analysis utilizing resume databases, online directories, internet searches, industry research, networking events, blogs, associations and career events
  • Conduct ongoing research of market insights/trends and remains current and relevant in functional expertise, demographics, and innovative sourcing practices
  • Produce quality work deliverables that summarize obtained research in intuitive, presentable formats including appropriate business conclusions as required
  • Use Social Media as a sourcing, branding, and engagement tool
  • Manage and execute recruitment marketing campaigns on job boards and social media utilizing a Recruitment Marketing Platform
  • Analysis of job descriptions and translation to search queries
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate research and data on a regular and consistent basis
  • Query CRM and client ATS for pipeline analysis strategic planning
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as necessary

Position Requirements:

Basic qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience required
  • 6+ months experience as a Randstad Sourceright Talent Sourcing Specialist OR 2- 5 years of work experience in sourcing or recruiting candidates with heavy emphasis on research, sourcing, sales, recruitment OR significant professional, work experience (5+ years) performing online research with regards to marketing segmentation, people/contact details, locations, advertising opportunities, and local or competitive companies

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience, courses, projects, or intern experience related to statistics, online research, data analysis or social media
  • Experience analyzing and conducting market research on social media avenues to identify trends and new areas for strategic sourcing targets
  • Business acumen with the ability to understand & interpret complex business needs and business structure
  • Customer service focus and ability to maintain courteous and professional working relationships
  • Experience with the following tools: Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), SharePoint, Recruitment Marketing Platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems, Global social media and social networking sites
