This position will act as a partner to the client's Hiring Manager, performing various aspects of the recruitment cycle including requisition intake meetings, candidate sourcing, screening and assessment, presentation, interview scheduling, offer support and onboarding. This position will be responsible for requisition fulfillment for various openings including high volume and/or niche positions and will execute candidate care strategies which will facilitate a positive candidate experience.

Subject matter expert; specific sales role; project driven; exhibits technical skills


Client Responsibilities:

- Client relationship as needed to develop sales

GP/Revenue Responsibility:

- Personal GP quota responsibility

Freedom to Act/Accountability:

- Guidance given: Assignments are received in objective oriented terms. Receives guidance based on organizational goals and company policy. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization's objectives and schedules

- Policy involvement: Follows operating policies. Follows organizational policies


- Accomplishes results through combined effort of team. Follows the structure of organizational units or a centralized functional activity.

Direct Work Involvement/Complexity:

- Determines work behaviors and executes all actions necessary to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals

- Meet or exceed assigned daily/weekly account hiring goals and regularly monitors performance scorecard to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met

- Provide data as requested which fulfills the report requirements of the specific client

- Ensure that requisition activity is properly documented including candidate disposition to meet compliance and SLA/KPI tracking

- Review company communications, adhere to corporate policies and guidelines, and participates in regularly scheduled company and team meetings

- Develop recruiting and sourcing plans and uses tools to increase candidate pipelines

- Manage the candidate pool for each requisition, develops and executes needed screening strategy

- Provide timely and useful follow up feedback to candidates on interview results

- Adhere to SLAs as defined by Manager


- Erroneous decisions or recommendations would possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time, human resources, and funds


- Frequent contacts with equivalent level inter-organizational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives

- Partner with Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions and perform intake call on assigned requisitions to clarify the position and requirements


- High school diploma or equivalent required

- College degree strongly preferred


- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a full-cycle recruiter


- Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proven ability to work within a team environment

- Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan

- Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs

- Able to communicate with and present at the executive level

- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

- Ability to qualify and close deals

- Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise

- Knowledge of the U.S. EEO/OFCCP compliance rules or other comparable regulatory processes impacting recruitment pertinent to the requisitions supported

- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

- Some knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
