TheInterview Scheduler (IS)function is responsible for the design, implementation and management of all candidate interview logistics according to established service level agreements. A successful candidate is one that takes initiative and proactively anticipates the needs of the customer, has the ability to handle heavy workloads in a fast paced environment and deals well with ambiguity. The RC will be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview logistics process. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail and the ability to partner successfully and professionally with various client groups, recruiters and vendors throughout the entire staffing process.

Responsibilities include:

Candidate Scheduling:Initiate and manage coordination of travel for external candidates, manage internal/external candidate's expectations of scheduling logistics including pre-interview online documents, interview feedback, final offer letter documents, travel expense approving. Assist with travel as needed. Take great care in the quality of candidate experience from initial point of contact to confirmation of interview day. Maintain minimum level of compliance against candidate service level agreements and candidate satisfaction targets.

Interview Loop Scheduling:Creation and management of internal/external interview loops including following staffing special instructions and setting client's expectations on scheduling process while maintaining/exceeding service level agreements. Take great care in maintaining high quality of service and hiring client experience. Maintain minimum level of compliance against client service level agreements, and client satisfaction targets.

Recruiter Support:Provides various levels of support throughout the scheduling process including: following special instructions provided on the candidate hand off, accommodate requested changes prior to scheduling/confirming interview, order gift baskets, order catering, and other pre-determined special requirements including candidate special handling (travel companions, disability accommodations, etc.).

Customer Focus:Exhibits highly responsive approach to customer requests and hold yourself accountable for meeting commitments made to customer. Demonstrates understanding of service level agreements and translates to appropriate solutions by putting the customer's needs first.

Problem Solving:Exhibit skills to break down problem into simple terms, are systematic in the approach to solving simple and complex problems and exhibit the ability to stay focused and determined on the resolution with limited guidance.

Decision Making:Uses analysis, wisdom, experience, and logical methods to make good decisions and solve difficult problems with effective solutions; appropriately incorporates multiple inputs to establish effective action. Make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure.

Attention to Detail:Exhibits high level understanding of process details and demonstrates ability to quickly identify discrepancies in order to facilitate corrective actions.

Basic qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months recruitment support, administration and/or customer service experience

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skillsApplicant tracking system experience
