As a Campus Recruitment Coordinator, you are responsible for passive candidate identification and fulfillment of your assigned requisitions. Successful candidates will be an “out of the box” thinker, process driven, and a relationship builder. They will have industry knowledge as well as expert level compliance knowledge in order to reach the best possible outcome for the candidate/client.

Responsibilities include:

  • Will source and screen for non-exempt up to mid level exempt positions
  • Consultative with client and candidates and has relationship building skills
  • Ability to understand job descriptions and strong industry knowledge
  • Screen resumes
  • Utilize job boards
  • Conducts and/or participates in Intake calls/requisition reviews
  • Collaborate on sourcing plans and candidate assessment and selection
  • Onboarding for Campus Super Days
  • Executes sourcing strategies
  • Interview candidates

Position Requirements:

Basic qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of Recruitment Coordinator

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
  • Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
  • Track record of proven results
  • Expert process/system knowledge
