job description

•   Working with legal team located in Diemen/Amsterdam and London to provide broad range of legal advice to RSR business in the EMEA region

•   Contracting: lead, oversee and provide advice during contract negotiations across Europe as well as to our operational teams across EMEA in normal course of business

•   In addition supporting key projects for RSR EMEA and contributing to legal risk management generally

•   Support in raising overall awareness and profile of the Randstad legal team’s role supporting the business strategies and objectives

•   Key expertise areas : Commercial Contract law (MSP/RPO Services), Employment law (Contingent Labor)



•   Provide international MSP/RPO sales force with timely, compliant, robust and commercially focused legal advice in the negotiation of international client contracts

•   Assist the country legal function with implementation of international and MSP and RPO client contracts

•   Provide and manage general advice and practical assistance in all matters of a legal nature that might impact the operating companies related to Randstad Sourceright

•   Be familiar with the local and group insurance programs and how they protect the business

•   Keep up to date with relevant legislation

•   Promote profile and involvement of legal function in business projects and processes



Job goal

●     Responsible for the legal support of the international sales force, implementation and operation teams of Randstad Sourceright EMEA, in providing timely, compliant, robust and commercially focused legal advice.

●     Responsible to initiate/support and drive projects in the legal domain that structurally support our business strategy and objectives

●     Support on risk and compliance agenda from legal perspective

●     Interact and align with our legal community in Europe regarding Randstad Sourceright business.



Requirements, competences, skills and knowledge

Skills & knowledge


•   University law degree or equivalent

•   5-10 years post qualification experience in legal working environment

•   Trained in recognised law firm or multinational

•   Working knowledge of contract, labor and corporate law and practice (experience with MSP/RPO services preferred)

•   Experience of working in an in-house role in an international business

•   Good written and oral presentation and communication skills in the English language

•   Strong analytical skills
