Purpose of the job:
The Talent Sourcing Strategist will help internal and external clients with identifying and summarizing the best methods, channels and intelligence to source and recruit talent across the EMEA region.  The Strategist works with existing and potential RPO and MSP programs, but also drives the creation and implementation of new integrated talent management structures. The main focus of the role is to expand the support service offering of the CoE.

Key activities:
Support sales, solution design, implementation and operations
  • Support Sales and Solution Design in case of new RPO/MSP bids such as:
    • Sourcing discovery and analysis: potential challenges, difficulties, talent shortages etc.
    • Sourcing approach/solution
    • Channel mix/toolkit selection/recommendation
    • Content creation
  • Support implementation with creation of sourcing strategies, manuals, and relevant trainings
  • Potentially join client-facing meetings to explain holistic and direct sourcing solutions, support brainstorming, future planning with clients
  • Develop models / frameworks that RSR can use across multiple programs and clients
Thought leadership and strategy

  • Map and analyze competitors and other market trends and make recommendation on strategic directions, product implementation etc.
  • Have an always open eye on HR tech ideally on a global scale
  • Map potential providers per related recruiting/sourcing activities
  • Make recommendations on potential technology to use
  • Participate in the selection, implementation and usage facilitation of new and innovative HR technologies

University (Bachelor's) degree

  • 2- 3 years of hands-on experience within a sourcing-related role at RSR EMEA or at least 4 years of hands-on experience within a sourcing-related role
  • Experience in:
    • creating content (presentations and comprehensive written materials) with high quality and under solid time pressure
    • running primary and secondary research initiatives
    • running end-to-end projects by managing various stakeholders and project team contributors
  • The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of:
    • Various sourcing methods (TTSM)
    • Sourcing channels, tools and technology
    • Web search
    • Online marketing
    • End-to-end recruiting procedures (including their measurement systems and technology)
    • RPO and MSP products
    • Relevant HR technology providers and solutions
