In 2013 Randstad Sourceright EMEA established a Delivery Centre in Budapest, Hungary. The Delivery Centre consists of a Shared Recruitment Centre (SRC), a Shared Services Centre (SSC) and a Centre of Expertise (CoE). The SRC and SSC are driven by process management, productivity in line with Client SLA’s (internal & external) and standardisation of working methods.

The SSC employs a Center Support Team (CST) who is responsible for supporting Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs within the EMEA region. By providing high quality support in the most efficient way, the CST ensures assistance for the HR Administrators within the SSC and all MSP experts and/or Sourcing Recruiters/Recruiters of Randstad Sourceright EMEA.
In general, the SSC works with standardized processes all over the EMEA region to ensure efficiency and clients’ satisfaction.

Purpose of the job:
Collect data from current and future clients in order to provide the client and Sourceright EMEA specific reports and analyses.

Key activities:

Data maintenance
Consolidate and integrate client data for the production of specific reports
Maintain and review data-set as required, working to ensure data quality, highlighting and addressing discrepancies, giving advice and providing solutions
Pro-active in recommending improvements in the usage of VMS / ATS tools and the existing data management processes.

Report maintenance
Prepare documentation outlining how reports are built
Maintain an up to date report timetable per client / location / country
Produce reports on a regular basis to ensure the recruitment processes are being followed (hire process metrics and source reports), with responsibility for delivering reporting to track levels, satisfaction targets and KPI’s.
Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports derived from VMS / ATS tool and CRM databases based on criteria set by the Service Delivery Manager / Client Account Manager
Create monthly billing summary, that detail accruals for Service Delivery Manager or Client Account Manager review prior to sending to client, reconciling and modifying billing as required
Format reports in file formats (xls, csv, pdf) to an agreed specification
Data manipulation using pivot tables to present data to the client
Modify and review reports as needed / requested by clients to validate applicability
Create presentations containing report data to agreed specifications

Data cleansing activities may be required
Single point of contact for all reporting technology needs

Internal: Colleagues in customer programs, MI/BA specialists in EMEA
External: customers, 3rd party vendors, suppliers

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree required e.g. business administration/economics or equivalent.

Experience:
2+ years reporting experience with exposure to data integration and reporting technologies
Expertise of the management information and reporting of recruitment processes
Experience with reporting and vendor management / application tracking systems (Fieldglass, IQN, Peoplefluent, TalentLink, Oracle/Taleo etc.), CRM databases (Bullhorn) and IBM Cognos (business objects).
in depth experience with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
preferably previous staffing or MSP experience
experience on working in a matrix organization
experience on working in project fast growing and changing environment
