
Teresa Creech is President, MSP and Contingent Workforce Solutions for Randstad Sourceright. In this role, she has overall responsibility for the strategy, operations and growth of the managed services and contingent workforce solutions practice in the U.S. Leveraging her extensive experience within sales and client services, she is actively involved in creating solutions designed to deliver greater value to Randstad Sourceright’s customers.
Creech brings to her role more than 17 years of experience in the staffing industry, including 11 years specializing in the design of comprehensive managed service programs for Global 2000 companies. Throughout her career, she has gained expertise in the areas of vendor management systems, IC compliance, managed services solutions, human capital management, applicant tracking systems, staffing supplier management and staffing enterprise software.
Prior to joining Randstad Sourceright, Creech held high-level positions with several staffing organizations. As Vice President, Global Practice Lead for Kelly Services, she was responsible for leading the strategy, product evolution, brand management and growth of the organization’s Contingent Workforce Outsourcing practice. She previously served as the Vice President of WorkforceLogic.
Creech holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University. She is widely regarded as an industry leader in workforce management, globalization, governance, worker classification and compliance, and she is a frequent speaker on best practices and market trends. Creech is also actively involved in Staffing Industry Analysts, a global advisor on contingent work, and she participates in multiple industry advisory councils. She was most recently recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts in “The Staffing 100” report.
