Considered one of the industry’s most prominent thought leaders, Rebecca Callahan is President, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Randstad Sourceright. In this capacity, she leads her organization in the strategic execution of one vision: helping clients put the right person in the right job for the best value.
 
Prior to her current role, Callahan was President, SourceRight Solutions, which subsequently became part of Randstad through the acquisition of SFN group in 2011. She joined SFN Group in 2003 as vice president of the assessment group, followed by the role of senior vice president of sales, which leveraged her more than 20 years of sales experience at privately held and publicly traded companies such as Blue Pumpkin Software and PageNet.  She became president of Sourceright in September 2009, having previously served as the senior vice president of the company’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division.
 
Callahan has earned high marks for her leadership role in the success of the Randstad Sourceright team’s RPO business. Under her leadership, the company has received the industry’s highest accolades, including top scores on HRO Today magazine’s annual “Baker’s Dozen.” She is the global chair of the HROA, and widely recognized as a leading voice for driving strategic talent optimization in the industry. She was most recently recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts in “The Staffing 100” report.

 

Teresa Creech is President, MSP and Contingent Workforce Solutions for Randstad Sourceright. In this role, she has overall responsibility for the strategy, operations and growth of the managed services and contingent workforce solutions practice in the U.S. Leveraging her extensive experience within sales and client services, she is actively involved in creating solutions designed to deliver greater value to Randstad Sourceright’s customers.

Creech brings to her role more than 17 years of experience in the staffing industry, including 11 years specializing in the design of comprehensive managed service programs for Global 2000 companies. Throughout her career, she has gained expertise in the areas of vendor management systems, IC compliance, managed services solutions, human capital management, applicant tracking systems, staffing supplier management and staffing enterprise software.

Prior to joining Randstad Sourceright, Creech held high-level positions with several staffing organizations. As Vice President, Global Practice Lead for Kelly Services, she was responsible for leading the strategy, product evolution, brand management and growth of the organization’s Contingent Workforce Outsourcing practice. She previously served as the Vice President of WorkforceLogic.

Creech holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University. She is widely regarded as an industry leader in workforce management, globalization, governance, worker classification and compliance, and she is a frequent speaker on best practices and market trends. Creech is also actively involved in Staffing Industry Analysts, a global advisor on contingent work, and she participates in multiple industry advisory councils. She was most recently recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts in “The Staffing 100” report.

Scott Fraleigh joined Sourceright in 2010 and as a result of the merger with Randstad is responsible for all MSP clients based in North America for Randstad Sourceright.  Since joining the company, he has led the business unit to double digit revenue growth while also expanding its service capabilities globally.  Under his leadership, Randstad SourceRight has been recognized as a Top Quality Provider by Staffing Industry Analysts and has maintained a position on HRO Todays Bakers Dozen.

As Senior Vice President, MSP Operations, Fraleigh is directly responsible for the management and strategy of Randstad Sourceright’s managed service offerings including full P&L and service delivery of the MSP Operations teams. Prior to joining Randstad Sourceright, Fraleigh was a Senior Director of Contingent Workforce Outsourced Solutions at Kelly Services, where he was responsible for managing all North American-based client accounts. Before that, he was the Senior Vice President of Professional Services for Guidant Group where he oversaw brand strategy and development as well as the day-to-day leadership of implementation services, information technology, compensation and product management. He has also held leadership positions at True Blue and PepsiCo.

A popular speaker at major industry events such as Staffing Industry Analysts’ CWS Summit and 2011 Risk Conference and HRO Today’s MSP Summit, Fraleigh holds a B.S. degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the New York Institute of Technology.

John Piazza is Senior Vice President, CWS at Randstad Sourceright. In this role, he is responsible for leading Sourceright’s CWS operations and developing strategies that enable clients to take advantage of emerging professional contingent workforce trends while reducing total cost and mitigating associated risks. Specializing in free agent talent acquisition, compliance and management, he helps clients to maximize their workforce flexibility and efficiency.

Piazza previously served as an executive for Randstad Human Resources, in which he utilized his entrepreneurial mindset and fiscally responsible approach to consolidate corporate infrastructures, expand sales capabilities and reduce expenses during all stages of growth. Prior to this, he held a high-level position with Randstad Managed Services (RMS), where he conceptualized and launched a profitable $44 million revenue division over a 10-year span, helping the organization become a leading global provider of inventive workforce management solutions to Fortune 500 firms. Piazza first joined Randstad North America (formerly Vedior North America) in 1997, leading its Financial Operations division.

Before joining Randstad, Piazza spent thirteen years with BankBoston (formerly BayBank), which culminated in his role as Vice President of Bank Operations. During his tenure, he developed an astute financial background and proved to be a leader in assimilating client accounts and optimizing resources through a number of mergers and acquisitions.

Piazza holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Salem State College and has earned Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. He is also an active member of the Northeast Human Resources Association and the Society for Human Resource Management, and he was named to the Honorary Committee of the National Minority Supplier Development Council Awards. He is also an experienced speaker, sharing his insights at various industry events, including the Oracle Open World and Staffing Industry Analysts’ CWS Summit.

Kelly Cartwright is Vice President, Client Shared Services at Randstad Sourceright. In this position, she oversees a client shared services function that drives performance and innovation for Randstad Sourceright's RPO solutions. The client shared services function encompasses key areas of delivery, including sourcing, assessments, screening, and employment branding; as well as innovation through company's primary Centers of Expertise; thought leadership and content development; and internal talent acquisition. Prior to her current role, she was Vice President, Corporate Development for Randstad Sourceright. In this position she was responsible for driving the company’s product and solutions strategy and expansion; directing marketing initiatives, including marketing communications and public relations; and evolving the company’s Customer Engagement program.

Recognized as one of the Top 100 HR Influencers by HR Examiner, Cartwright has more than 15 years of experience in the Human Capital Management industry with deep expertise in the rapid development, delivery and implementation of professional services and technology solutions. Prior to joining Randstad Sourceright, she was the general manager of The Newman Group, a Futurestep Company where she oversaw its strategic direction, development and growth. Prior to that position, she was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development Strategy for Futurestep, where she led the development and execution of marketing strategy and drove the evolution of key business processes to address changing market needs.

Earlier in her career, Cartwright was Vice President of TeamRewards, providers of an employee referral and applicant tracking solution. She also led the development and implementation of an outsourced recruiting business model for recruiting and human capital management consulting firm Knowledge Workers, Inc. and held management positions with two of the nation's largest national staffing services firms.

As Vice President, Sales and Solution Design, RPO, Ian Dawson is responsible for overseeing business development in the US. He joined the company in 2005 as Vice President, Solutions Design and was promoted into his current role in 2010.

Earlier in his career, he was a Strategic Account Manager in the U.K.-based operations of Aon Consulting where he was instrumental in the establishment and success of the Bristol and Birmingham offices. Moving to the USA, he was Senior Vice President, HR Outsourcing for Aon in the U.S., promoted from National Sales Director for Aon Consulting in the U.K. While at Aon, he also headed consulting services for the company’s largest U.K. region.

A skilled public speaker on HR outsourcing topics, Dawson is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Tom Manion is Vice President, Professional Services at Randstad Sourceright. In this capacity, he is responsible for the management and leadership of the company’s Managed Services Provider (MSP) services and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) implementation activities.  Working on multi-million dollar projects, including both domestic and international programs, he oversees implementation, audits and channel partnerships.

Manion brings to his role more than 23 years of experience in the staffing industry, 12 of which involved working specifically with MSP programs.  Additionally, he specializes in project management and consulting, global implementation management, change management, program management and business solutions architecture.

Prior to his current position, Manion served as Director of Randstad’s Global Managed Services division, where he leveraged extensive MSP proficiency and worldwide implementation experience to manage projects for a large number of clients across numerous sectors. Before joining Randstad, he worked for CDI Professional services as a National Program Manager. In this role, he managed several MSP programs for companies in the power, medical and manufacturing industries. Manion had previously spent nine years working as a staffing professional involved in recruiting, sales and branch management of technical- and engineering-based staffing businesses.

Manion holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Le Moyne College.
 

As vice president of Sales and Solutions Design, Patrick McCall is responsible for the strategic development of new business and solution design for Randstad Sourceright’s innovative MSP and CWS solutions. McCall draws on more than 15 years of executive management experience in staffing, process outsourcing and technology organizations as well as numerous industries to help global employers solve their most complex talent acquisition challenges.

Prior to joining Randstad Sourceright, McCall was co-founder and managing partner at Verity Professionals, an IT services and staffing firm. There he led operations and sales for the firm, which helped it become a preferred specialty supplier to Fortune 100 companies. Earlier in his career, McCall was vice president of Sales for VCG Software (now Bond International, Inc.), and vice president of Global Sales for Beeline where he helped propel the organization from startup status to being a tier one global vendor management system (VMS) and MSP provider.

A workforce management industry thought leader, McCall has authored numerous articles for some of the industry’s leading staffing publications and has been quoted in publications such as Staffing Industry Review and the Wall Street Journal. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from North Carolina State University.

Michael Yinger is Vice President, Implementation and Technology at Randstad Sourceright. In this position, he is responsible for planning and managing all RPO implementations; overseeing RPO technology strategy, integration, and support; managing process documentation and rollout; and team hiring.

Yinger has more than 30 years of business experience – nine of which have been at Sourceright, and subsequently with Randstad Sourceright following the 2011 acquisition. His areas of responsibility have included project management, management consulting, technology strategy and business optimization. Over the course of his career, he has developed a clear and detailed understanding of business practices, strategies and technology enablement and has created efficient organizations in a number of different industries for both startups and established companies. He is well versed in current enterprise-wide technologies and in managing technical and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining the Randstad Sourceright team, Yinger was the owner and principal of Customer Solutions, Inc., where he oversaw delivery, business development and all administrative functions. He previously held the position of Vice President of Client and Delivery Operations for Zamba Solutions, Inc., in which he was responsible for client delivery, sales forecasting and business processes. Earlier in his career, he worked for Cambridge Technology Partners, Ltd. as a Client Partner and Service Line Lead for Web Enabled Business Solutions.

Yinger holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California at Berkeley as well as a Certificate in International Logistics from The Logistics Institute at Georgia Tech. He is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute and is an active member of the organization. Yinger recently completed Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
